SHIPPING & DELIVERY
DELIVERY – WHERE AND WHEN
We do not ship on certain public holidays. We can only fulfill an order to a delivery address which is a home or office address in the United States and its territories and Canada.
Where possible, we try to deliver all items which you have ordered at the same time. However, please note that due to different factors in the supply chain, not all products will be in stock at the time of your order and/or stocked in the same warehouse, which may result in split shipments.
We reserve the right to split the delivery of your order, for instance if part of your order is delayed or unavailable. In the event that we split your order, we will notify you of our intention to do so by sending you an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you at the time your order was placed.
INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment.
You will be presented with the choice of delivery options and rates at the time of checkout. We currently ship via USPS and UPS.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Because personal protective equipment is a personal hygiene product, we do not accept returns unless products are defective.
CANCELLING ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY
You may cancel any order free of charge and without giving us any reason, provided it has not yet been shipped. Please note we typically begin processing orders placed at our online store almost immediately. Provided the order has not yet been shipped, our customer service team can cancel an order and provide you an email confirmation. Cancellation is free of charge. If cancellation is not possible, products are subject to our returns and refund policy.
RETURNING ORDERS AFTER DELIVERY – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded. We will send you a return label to ship the defective or nonconforming goods back to us. Once we receive the returned goods, we will process a refund.
Refunds will be issued based on the original form of credit card payment.
CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO PRE-ORDERED PRODUCTS
Pre-order is the process by which you are able to order a product which is not currently in stock. Due to the nature of pre ordering, a member of the customer service or sales team will work with you to confirm pricing and lead times.
