Our way of giving back

Operation Masks, our affiliate nonprofit, is actively contributing to the fight against COVID-19. We provide millions of women and men with personal protective equipment (PPE) at U.S. hospitals, so they can safely provide critical care at the frontlines of the pandemic. Our Team

  • Robin Chan

    CEO of Aiden Health and Co-founder of Operation Masks

    Believes that hygiene shouldn’t be a luxury--it should be made accessible to all. Outside of his COVID-19 relief efforts, Robin is the General Partner of Goat Capital, a venture capital firm based in San Francisco. Previously, he founded and sold several technology companies in the US and China, and was an early investor in companies such as Twitter, Square, and Xiaomi. He is also an advisor to companies such as Bird, Expa, Flipboard and Uber.

  • Lily Liu

    President of Aiden Health and Co-founder of Operation Masks

    Sees a scarcity of trust in this global health crisis and hopes to restore this vital resource through her work. Outside of her COVID-19 relief efforts, Lily is an investor and advisor, with a background as a CFO and operating executive in the U.S. and China. Previously, Lily was the CFO of CHC, where she built a 500-bed private hospital in Cixi, China. Lily also worked at KKR in New York as well as McKinsey in New York and Beijing. Most recently, Lily co-founded which was acquired by Coinbase.

  • Claire Du

    China Office Lead at Aiden Health and Co-founder of Operation Masks

    Is dedicated to creating change through education. Claire is an impact investor in the education field, advisor to leading institutions such as Aiyou Foundation, the largest private foundation in China, and Owl Ventures.

  • Gerrine Pan

    Government Relations Lead at Aiden Health and Senior Volunteer at Operation Masks

    Creates bridges of change to aid and advance governments with her knowledge and experience. Previously, she was an entrepreneur in the hospitality technology space. She co-founded Relevant Mobile and led enterprise sales there, and served as CBO at a marketing technology company (Bridg). Prior to that she was at Goldman Sachs. Gerrine graduated from Harvard Business School. She is currently a Fellow at the Clean Energy Leadership Institute.

  • Anand Kulkarni

    Engineering Lead at Aiden Health and Senior Volunteer at Operation Masks

    Is dedicated to advancing what we can achieve together as a society. Anand is a serial entrepreneur and computer scientist, currently running Crowdbotics, a startup applying machine learning to software development. Anand was previously Co-founder and Chief Scientist of LeadGenius, a Y Combinator, Sierra Ventures, and Lumia Capital-backed startup using human computation and deep learning to automate account-based marketing (ABM).

  • Tina Park

    Designer at Aiden Health

    Uses human-centered design to create experiences that improve the way we engage with the world. Based in the Bay Area, and most recently was an early designer for a healthtech startup. Previously, she worked on consumer-facing and IoT projects at Yahoo Gemini and FCA. She graduated from CMU with a degree in Design and an emphasis on HCI. Tina has lived in seven different countries and brings a culturally unique perspective into her design philosophy.

  • Jaime Chiang

    Brand Advisor at Aiden Health

    Believes that values matter more than ever in how a brand behaves. Her work aims to add meaningful value to people’s lives. Jaime is a brand strategist and creative advisor to early stage companies. Formerly, she was Managing Director at Red Antler, helping startups at every stage build and grow their brands and expanded West Coast operations. As an Executive Producer, she created content for brands like Electronic Arts, Adidas, Reebok, Bank of the West, Microsoft, Levi’s and others.

  • Jessica Strelioff

    Design Advisor at Aiden Health

    Believes that every brand has the power to make a true connection with their audience. Jessica is an independent brand designer and creative director for lifestyle and technology companies large and small. With every engagement she aims to bring brands to life through thoughtful and strategic design. Previously, she was Creative Director at Upperquad where she led projects for companies like Google, Facebook, Patagonia, Instagram, The Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, and 826 Valencia.

  • Ryan Wu

    Operations Manager at Aiden Health

    Ryan is a rising senior at Stanford studying Symbolic Systems. He previously co-founded a travel startup, and was an intern at Samsung NEXT. After graduation, Ryan will be starting at BCG in San Francisco.

  • Jason Ching

    Head of Partnerships at Aiden Health and Owner of Oahu Pediatric Dentistry

    Believes in providing high-quality, affordable PPE options for health care workers to enable them to continue doing what they do best – caring for others. Through trusted relationships with suppliers, Jason procures quality products and brings them to consumers and practitioners alike. In addition to orchestrating partnerships for Aiden, Jason owns and operates Oahu Pediatric Dentistry in Pearl City, HI. Heading up his own practice, he is keenly aware of what independent healthcare providers need and is proud to use his own experience to help provide for others.

  • Carolyn Chun-Ung

    Operations Manager for Aiden Partnerships and Program Director for Oahu Pediatric Dentistry's UH Dental Hygiene Clinical Enrichment Program

    Finds joy in creating a safe and uplifting environment for patients to be treated. Carolyn attends to customer service needs and logistics at Aiden. She has worked in dentistry for 22 years. As the office manager at Oahu Pediatric Dentistry, she hires and trains staff, coordinates daily operations, and makes sure that patients and employees are well-cared for. She is also a part of the HDS Foundation which provides patient and provider education for nursing homes.

  • Mariah Capaldi

    Product Developer for Aiden and Program Director for Oahu Pediatric Dentistry's OSHA Respiratory Program

    Is committed to creating a safe place for patients to receive treatment during this pandemic. Mariah is a respiratory protection specialist, working in product development for Aiden. She is a part of our clinical team, personally trying on every product to ensure its comfortability. Outside of Aiden, she is a registered dental hygienist and Oahu Pediatric Dentistry's hygiene strategist. She provides preventative services, routine cleanings, and education for patients, in addition to orchestrating office cleaning procedures.
